Here is another PV from an ending song for an anime series, Toradora. The singer is Horie Yui (born on September 20, 1976), a popular Japanese singer and voice actress. Some people on YouTube critics the PV because they feel that Horie don't act well in the video. Well for me, I don't bother that much, after all she is a singer and voice actress, not a movie actress. The song is rhythmically cheerful and easy to catch.
